Firstly, I
would like to congratulate the author for writing such a masterpiece.
HEAVEN
CONSPIRES by prity subramanyam is a well-patched story about faith and trust on
the Almighty.
It’s
perfectly woven into words.The special
note says it all.
A girl named
Mehr, living in the tribal part of Himalaya’s calls for help to the protagonist
Nathan who lives thousands of miles apart from her.
How
Nathan comes to an unknown land and gets amazed by finding connections between
him and the persons he meet.
The flow of
the novel is just near perfection. The best example of this is the story
telling by both the protagonists simultaneously without breaking the flow.
It's indeed
a great effort from an Indian writer to write suspense- thriller.
The story
telling indeed needed deep thinking.
But as the
writer herself says it took seven years.
After all, Rome was not built in a
day.
The book
will leave you bewildered at some places.
At times, it’s
hard to believe the coincidences happening in story but overall, it has a good
combo of words and storytelling make it worth.
One of the best book for intellectual readers.
The things
used like past life regression, telepathy and paranormal science will make one
believe in the power of faith in god.
I would rate
it 4.5 out of 5.
